De Vilde Kaniner - Østerbro teater

I had the pleasure of working with Østerbro Teater to animate the promotional material for their upcoming show. The project included a variety of social media adaptations and a TV spot, all designed to capture the essence of the performance and engage their audience across different platforms.

With a focus on dynamic motion design and storytelling, I crafted animations that aligned with the theater’s creative vision while ensuring maximum impact across digital and broadcast media.

Different aspects and deliverables
For Østerbro Teater’s upcoming show, I created a full suite of promotional animations tailored for multiple platforms. The deliverables included social media versions in three aspect ratios: 1:1, 9:16, and 16:9, each adapted into 10-second, 20-second, and 30-second variations to fit different content strategies.
Additionally, the project featured a TV spot, ensuring a high-quality broadcast presence, along with various banner formats for digital advertising. Every piece was designed to maintain visual consistency while optimizing engagement across different screen sizes and placements.

Handcrafted Animation with a Frame-by-Frame Feel
To bring the promotional material to life, the animations were either created frame by frame or designed to mimic the organic feel of traditional hand-drawn animation. This approach added a unique, handcrafted aesthetic, enhancing the theatrical essence of the show. It was crafted to feel dynamic and engaging while maintaining a consistent artistic style across all formats.
